Refund and return policy.
Sauna Specialist Inc. guarantees client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within ten (10) days following the purchase. To make a return, you must call or email with the reason for return to receive a return confirmation number. No articles may be returned without a return confirmation number. The article must be returned in it’s original packaging. If the article is to be shipped for return, Sauna Specialist Inc. is not responsible for any costs attached to the shipping.
This policy is not applicable for merchandise sold under contract (custom saunas, sauna kits, custom steam rooms, special orders, etc.)
For reasons of hygiene, bathrobes, sauna kilts, and other specialty clothing items cannot be returned.
For safety reasons, chemical products cannot be returned.
