Return Policy

Credit Notes and Reimbursement Policy:

At Sauna Specialist Inc., we prioritize client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within ten (10) days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging, free from any stickers or labels. No return or refund on electrical parts and final sale. A 15% restocking fee will apply on returns. Sauna Specialist Inc. reserves the right to refuse any or all returns. Clients are responsible for returned shipping costs.

This policy is not applicable for merchandise sold under contract (custom saunas, sauna kits, custom steam rooms, special orders, etc.)

For reasons of hygiene, bathrobes, sauna kilts, and other specialty clothing items cannot be returned.

For safety reasons, chemical products are non-returnable.

  • Approved credit notes will be reimbursed within 7 to 14 business days following approval by the accounting department commencing credit note date.
  • All invoices and outstanding balances must be paid in full before processing.
  • Please note that filing a dispute will delay the reimbursement process.
