An electric heater for small saunas (min. 4.5kW) will efficiently and consistently achieve temperatures of 80 – 85°C (175 – 185°F) in 45 – 60 minutes. If the party starts later, delay the start time up to eight hours while you prepare, and expect a fully heated sauna when the time is right.
