Saunas

Sauna Specialist offers a one-year warranty on all custom-build saunas from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty does not cover the following: Normal wear and tear. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents. Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties. Harvia

Electric Sauna heaters

All new HARVIA electric sauna heaters are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If the product is registered, the warranty period extends by an additional year, totaling three years for registered electric sauna heaters. This warranty includes all heater components such as thermostats, controls, and contractors. For non-consumer or commercial use, the warranty for electric heaters is limited to two years, excluding heating elements and components subject to wear and tear. The warranty applies exclusively to defects in manufacturing and materials. If a fault occurs within the warranty period, Harvia will supply replacement parts after the faulty components are returned. However, replacing parts does not extend the warranty period beyond the original duration. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Defects caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, or failure to follow Harvia’s instructions.
  • Damage caused by the use of non-Harvia stones or improper installation of sauna rocks. Non-Harvia sauna rocks may introduce contaminants to the heater which may cause damage.
  • Defects caused by pouring pool, spa, or well water over the stones, as chemicals are harmful to the heater; the Sauna room must be heated for at least 30 minutes before water is poured over the stones; only one or two dippers full of water should be poured over the hot stones at one time. This guarantee will be void if a shower has been installed in the Sauna room.
  • Defects caused by pouring essential oils directly over the rocks or elements. Only Harvia essential oils, when properly diluted in water, can be used on the heater. Other essential oils will not properly evaporate and will leave a residue on rocks and elements which will cause damage and may be dangerous in some cases.
  • Defects or damage resulting from installation or wiring performed by uncertified electricians or non-authorized service representatives.
  • Use of the heater in unsuitable environments will void the warranty. This includes but is not limited to area of the room, volume of the room, uninsulated walls or ceilings, tiles or stone surfaces, glass surfaces, or any other non-wood surface.
  • Connection to GFI breakers, as nuisance tripping may cause damage to internal components, voiding the warranty. All Harvia Electric Sauna Heaters must be connected to a standard 2-pole breaker. If connected to a GFI breaker, warranty on all internal components, including those of a control unit (if applicable), will be voided.

Woodburning Stoves

All new HARVIA woodburning stoves are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If the product is registered, the warranty period extends by an additional year, totaling three years for registered woodburning stoves. For non-consumer or commercial use, the warranty for woodburning stoves is limited to 6 months. The warranty applies exclusively to defects in manufacturing and materials. If a fault occurs within the warranty period, Harvia will supply replacement parts after the faulty components are returned. However, replacing parts does not extend the warranty period beyond the original duration. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Defects caused by improper installation, use, maintenance, or failure to follow Harvia’s instructions.

If your Harvia accessory experiences any issues due to manufacturing defects during this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Saunas

All Harvia saunas are guaranteed with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear. Hot Tubs

Kirami hot tubs are covered with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal consumer use. For non-consumer or commercial use, the warranty is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions or harsh chemicals.
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties.

Doors & Windows

Sauna Specialist offers a one-year warranty on all sauna doors from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties.

Steam Rooms

Steambath Generators

MrSteam offers a limited lifetime warranty for every MrSteam Residential Steambath Generator, guaranteeing that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime. Should the generator fail to conform to this warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit. Warranty service within 2 years from the date of purchase: if a warranty claim is made within two years from the date of purchase, MrSteam will provide free in-home warranty service, including both parts and labor. Warranty service after 2 years from date of purchase: for claims made after two years, MrSteam will provide a lifetime warranty on parts. However, after the two-year period, customers will need to contact MrSteam directly for warranty service. Please note that freight charges for shipping the generator to and from MrSteam will be covered by MrSteam, provided an RMA (Return Authorization Number) is obtained prior to return. This warranty does not cover generators that have been:

  • Used in non-residential settings.
  • Damaged by lightning, electrical storms, or power surges.

Controls and Accessories

MrSteam warrants that its residential steambath controls and accessories, including but not limited to iTempo, Tempo/Plus, iSteam, AudiWizard, SteamGenie, iGenie, AromaSteam, ChromaSteam, MusicTherapy, In-Shower Speakers, MS Light, HomeWizard, Drip Pan, Wall Mounted Steam/Shower Seats, and AutoFlush automatic drain valves, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. If any MrSteam control or accessory fails to conform to this warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. If a warranty claim is made within two years from the date of purchase, MrSteam will perform warranty work free of charge. Steam@Home Steambath Generators

MrSteam warrants that every Steam@Home Residential Steambath Generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a generator fails to conform to this warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit. Warranty service within 90 days from date of purchase: If a warranty claim is made within 90 days from the date of purchase, MrSteam will provide free in-home warranty service, including parts and labor. Warranty service within 1 year from date of purchase: For claims made within one year from the date of purchase, MrSteam will provide warranty on parts only. Towel Warmers

MrSteam warrants that its Towel Warmers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If a towel warmer fails to meet this warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit. Warranty work will be performed at no charge when the Towel Warmer is returned to the location designated by MrSteam within the warranty period. Electronic Timer: One-year limited warranty.   • Have been damaged by abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners, abrasive pads, improper maintenance, local water conditions, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Have been subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect power line voltage, fire, or flood.
  • Have not been installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with MrSteam’s instructions

CT Day Spa Packages

MrSteam warrants that its CT Day Spa products and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a CT product fails to conform to this limited warranty, MrSteam will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Warranty work will be performed free of charge when the product is returned to the location designated by MrSteam within the applicable warranty period. Warranty work will be performed free of charge when the product is returned to the location designated by MrSteam within the applicable warranty period. Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page or by a member of our customer service personnel, orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, though some orders may take as many as 5 business days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 5 to 15 days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped as soon as they become available. All damaged or missing items must be declared within 10 days of delivery of shipment.
